THE ONTARIO PATIENT OMBUDSMAN: WHAT LTC DOCS NEED TO KNOW
This session will provide an overview of the role of the Ontario Patient Ombudsman and what it means for long-term care physicians. Participants will gain insight into how the Ombudsman’s office addresses patient and family concerns, common issues raised in long-term care, and practical considerations for physicians to ensure transparency, accountability, and quality of care.

Participants must remain available for the entire duration of the session. A mandatory post-session survey must be completed in order to receive your certificate.
