Annual Conference

The Ontario Long-Term Care Clinicians (OLTCC) Conference Planning Committee invites you to submit a poster for the 2026 Conference. This year’s conference will be held at the Hilton Toronto from Friday, October 23, to Sunday, October 25, 2026, with posters on display all three days. The conference theme is “Caring Together: Advancing Resident-Centred Excellence in LTC.” 

POSTER PROJECTS

Posters should demonstrate a research or quality improvement project, best practice, or a clinical case illustrating a relevant underlying concept of caring for older adults in Long-Term Care.

POSTER SET UP AND ATTENDANCE

Posters will be set up the morning of Friday, October 23, 2026, and will remain up until the program ends on Sunday, October 25. Poster presenters are required to register for the conference. Poster presenters are asked to be by there posters during at least one of the designated viewing times, Friday, October 23, and/or Saturday, October 24, 5:30 – 6:30 PM, to answer questions. 

POSTER DETAILS

Those who have a poster accepted will be sent information on set up, tear down, size, location, etc.

Notices of acceptance will be sent mid September.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Within the submission form, you will be asked to provide the following:
• Presenter’s name, contact details and experience
• Why the research / QI question, best practice or clinical case is relevant to LTC (max. 75 words)
• Poster title
• Poster author(s) credentials and affiliations
• Poster abstract (max. 250 words)

Poster forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
