Community of Practice – The NP/MD Collaborative LTC Practice

Join us for an engaging session exploring the evolving and essential collaboration between Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Medical Directors/Physicians (MDs) in long-term care (LTC) settings. As care models continue to shift in response to increasing complexity, workforce pressures, and regulatory expectations, effective NP/MD collaboration has become a cornerstone of high-quality, resident-centered care.

COP is now accredited!
This one-credit per hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 1 Mainpro+ credit.

To be eligible for credit:
Participants must remain available for the entire duration of the session. A mandatory post-session survey must be completed in order to receive your certificate.
