Ontario Long Term Care Clinicians Presents, Community of Practice: Challenging Scenarios in Long-Term Care
Thursday, August 21, 2025 | 4 PM EST – 5 PM EST

This session will be an open forum panel where members can bring forward challenging cases in LTC and engage with experienced clinicians for insights and discussion.

COP is now accredited!
This one-credit per hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 1 Mainpro+ credit.

To be eligible for credit:
Participants must remain available for the entire duration of the session. A mandatory post-session survey must be completed in order to receive your certificate.
